Welcome to the website of Chorleywood Care.

Chorleywood Care is a voluntary organisation that provides help for the less fortunate in our community. There are very few days in the year that someone does not call for our help.

Chorleywood Care was set up in 1977 and has been working for the community ever since.

Most of our work these days is driving people to appointments at doctors, hospitals, dentists etc. We can also arrange to take people shopping and to visit relatives in hospital.

We can, however, only offer transport from Chorleywood to within the local area and the hospitals in Watford, Hemel Hempsted, High Wycombe and St. Albans.

We are unable to provide financial help.

Committee

We are run by a Committee. Members are composed of local people who are volunteers for Chorleywood Care.

Our AGM is held each November at Chorleywood Library and is open to members of the public.
